3、 How to use it




1. Preparation. Add water, stop adding water when the water surface is about to rise to the height under the overflow nozzle behind the water tank. It is unnecessary to add water when the machine is turned on repeatedly. The water should be replaced at least once a week. If the water quality is seriously polluted and the frequency of use is high, the time for replacing water must be shortened to keep the water quality in the water tank clean.




2. Vacuum operation. Connect the suction sleeve of the equipment that needs to be vacuumized to the air suction nozzle of the unit. Turn off the circulation switch, turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch to start the vacuum pumping operation. The corresponding vacuum gauge can reach - 0.1MPa, indicating that the pump works normally.




3. When the machine needs to operate continuously for a long time, the water temperature in the water tank will rise, which will affect the vacuum degree. At this time, the drain hose can be connected with the water source (tap water), and the overflow nozzle can be used as the drainage outlet. By properly controlling the amount of tap water, the water temperature in the water tank will not rise and the vacuum degree will be stable. When stopping working, the vacuum in the container should be slowly discharged.




4. When it is necessary to provide cooling circulating water for the reaction device, on the basis of the third operation above, connect the inlet and outlet pipes of the device to be cooled to the circulating water outlet nozzle and water inlet nozzle at the rear of the machine, and turn the circulating water switch to on position to realize the circulating cooling water supply.




4、 Maintenance




1. Keeping the water clean is the key for the equipment to work stably for a long time. The water tank must be changed and cleaned regularly. No dust and solid matter can be extracted;




2. Some corrosive gases can lead to water quality deterioration in the water tank, resulting in bubbles, affecting the vacuum degree, so attention should be paid to the continuous circulation of water. For special strong corrosive gas, it is necessary to carefully judge whether it reacts with the materials used in the equipment, and use it carefully;




3. If the vacuum degree is not enough, it is necessary to judge whether the suction container leaks or the leather tube connection is loose. If it is a pump problem, check whether the water inlet or each gas path is blocked or loose, and air leakage. If the motor of circulating water vacuum pump does not work, check the power supply or fuse.




5、 Troubleshooting




1. No vacuum or inaccurate indication of vacuum gauge




1) Blockage or corrosion of vacuum bottle and check valve: clean up the internal dirt or replace the new bottle and valve core;




2) Blockage of water inlet and filter pipe network: clean and take out the internal stolen goods;




3) Impeller falling off: replace impeller;




4) Water or air leakage of vacuum meter: dry the meter to make it return to zero, or change the meter;




5) Vacuum pipe blocked or cracked: clean the pipeline or replace it with a new one.
