It is used to process transformer oil, turbine oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, moisture, gas and impurity particles in oil. The following four types of common vacuum pump problem solutions.
1、 Oil leakage
Oil leakage is one of the most prone to make mistakes in vacuum pump. The main reason is that only one vacuum pump is used in the main oil window, oil tank gasket and motor bearing seal, which leads to long-term aging of these parts, sealing failure and oil leakage.
The oil window leaks oil because the vacuum pump has been used for a long time, which causes the oil window to be aged and cracked, or the adhesive between the oil window and the oil tank fails, resulting in the leakage of pump oil; there are two oil seals on the motor shaft, namely, the front oil seal and the rear oil seal, and any aging failure will cause oil leakage; the oil tank is connected with the motor through the adapter, and there is a sealing ring at the joint of the oil tank and the adapter The sealing effect to the oil tank, if it aging, can also cause vacuum pump oil leakage. In addition, there is a felt pad on the adapter to recover the pump oil. If it is full of oil, the vacuum pump will also leak oil.
2、 The limit vacuum degree that vacuum pump can't pump
When a fault occurs, the vacuum system should be sealed in the front view to see if there is a slight leak. Secondly, it should open the gas ballast valve to make the pump run for 30 minutes, and drain the steam caused by non pump oil pollution, which can be tightened to eliminate steam tightening in the limit vacuum.
If the pump oil filter is blocked, the tight oil injection system due to poor oil and the pump seal is not tight, then it is necessary to clean the internal oil filter; if the oil valve is deformed, worn or damaged, it may lead to a lack of oil, and then replace the valve with oil; If the vacuum pump is used for a long time, the rotating blades of the vacuum pump will be worn or the tension of the stretching spring in the rotor is not enough, so the separation of the suction chamber and the discharge chamber is not tight. If the function of the vacuum pump is reduced, the rotating blade and the tension spring should be replaced, and the rotor and pump cavity should be cleaned; See the exhaust valve, see if there is a problem with their action, resulting in poor exhaust, the exhaust valve should be replaced when necessary.
3、 The motor of the vacuum pump stops midway
This is because the voltage is too high, and the oil level of the power supply phase exceeds the lower limit of the oil, which can be suspended and checked to eliminate the power of this situation. If the start-up is abnormal, then it is caused by faulty electrical components, as long as the replacement of electrical components is OK.
4、 Water in vacuum pump
If there is too much water in the cooling water pump, because the water is pumped into the oil pump set in the high water content range, the cooling water that steam enters the cooler can not enter the pump. Through the investigation of the level gauge cooler, if the water level is too high, the pump should be cleaned in time and the vacuum pump oil should be replaced to eliminate this situation.
