A pipe is drawn from the closed container to pump water. This method of indirect pumping with micro vacuum pump is very common. What factors will affect the speed of pumping?
First, the pumping speed of rotary vane vacuum pump is the flow rate. The factor of rotary vane vacuum pump is well understood. The faster the pumping speed is, the faster the vacuum is generated in the container, and the faster water can flow into the container.
Second, the vacuum degree of micro vacuum pump. The better the vacuum degree of the pump is, the less gas is left in the closed container, the thinner the gas is, and the greater the pressure difference between the container and the external environment is, the greater the pressure of water is and the faster the flow is.
Third, the size of the container. The larger the container, the slower the vacuum formation, and the longer it takes to reach a higher vacuum, so the water absorption rate will be slower.
The above three factors restrict the indirect pumping speed of rotary vane vacuum pump. Of course, there are some other factors in the rotary vane vacuum pump, such as the length of the pipeline, the size of the inner hole, the resistance of the gas and liquid components, etc., but these factors are generally fixed. It is easy to be misunderstood by many people. They think that it is necessary to disconnect the container from the external water source, let the closed container form a vacuum first, and then open the water inlet pipeline to pump water. In fact, this is not necessary unless the container is large and the flow and vacuum degree of the vacuum pump are very low.
