(1) Check the position of the oil.
(2) Check the oil quality frequently, and replace new oil in time in case of deterioration.
(3) The oil change cycle shall be considered according to the actual service conditions and whether it can meet the service performance requirements, which shall be determined by the user at his discretion. When a new vacuum pump is used to remove clean and dry gas, it is recommended to change the oil once every 100 hours.
(4) Under normal circumstances, the vacuum pump shall be overhauled and maintained after 2000 hours of operation, check the aging degree of Jue rubber seal, check whether the exhaust valve disc is cracked, and remove the dirt deposited on the valve disc and exhaust valve seat. Clean the parts in the whole vacuum pump chamber, such as rotor, rotating plate, spring, etc. when the vacuum pump is to be stopped, first turn off the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
(5) Within the first month of operation, the vacuum pump shall replace the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and then change the oil every 500 hours.
(6) Adjust the packing gland frequently to ensure that the leakage in the packing chamber is normal (drip leakage is preferred).
(7) Regularly maintain and check the damage of the shaft sleeve. If the damage is relatively large, it shall be replaced in time.
(8) When the vacuum pump is used in cold seasons, after shutdown, unscrew the drain plug at the lower part of the pump body to drain the media. Prevent frost cracking.
(9) When the vacuum pump is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, wipe off the water, coat the rotating parts and joints with grease, install them and keep them properly.
