3. Damage of coupling rubber gasket:
If the rubber cushion is damaged or even rubbed into powder, the two pairs of coupling will directly rub against each other, which will aggravate the vibration of the rotor. In order to prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon, we should use high quality cushion to avoid unnecessary loss or damage to the pump body.
4. Water ring change:
When the inner diameter of the water ring becomes larger (caused by insufficient water supply), the blade tip will collide with the inner wall of the water ring, causing vibration. If the inner diameter of the water ring becomes smaller (excessive water supply), the disturbance flow and resistance loss of the impeller will increase, which will cause vibration and increase the power consumption of the pump. In the operation of vacuum pump, it is necessary to ensure the appropriate water supply. If there is scaling or blockage in the water inlet pipe, it is impossible to judge the water supply only by the inlet pressure. At this time, we can take observation of the pump discharge to judge the water ring work.
