1. Vacuum pump oil

XD and XQ series vacuum pumps should use the vacuum pump oil specified in composite sh0528-92 standard. The vacuum pump oil of iso-vg32 viscosity grade is used when the ambient temperature is between 0 ℃ and 10 ℃. When the ambient temperature is between 10 ℃ and 40 ℃, the vacuum pump oil of iso-vg100 viscosity grade (original 1 ? vacuum pump oil) is used.

When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level must be kept at 1 / 2 ~ 3 / 4 of the oil window height. Oil level and oil contamination should be checked frequently (once a week is recommended).

2. Replace vacuum pump oil and oil filter

If the oil is blackened, emulsified or thickened due to contamination, the oil should be changed in time. At the same time, the oil filter should be replaced. Please clean the pump before adding new oil.

Cleaning and oil changing steps:

① Stop the pump and drain the hot oil.

② Screw on the oil drain plug and run for 5-10 seconds to drain the oil completely.

③ Fill cleaning oil (No. 32 ordinary machine oil) to 3 / 4 of oil window height.

④ Run the vacuum pump for 5-10 minutes.

⑤ Stop the pump and drain the oil. If the drained oil is still turbid and fails to meet the requirements, repeat steps 3 and 4 until the oil is transparent.

⑥ Screw on the drain plug and run for 5-10 seconds.

⑦ Drain the oil completely.

⑧ Fill in the required new oil.

3. Replace exhaust filter

If the pump temperature rises significantly, the motor current reaches or exceeds the rated current, and there is oil smoke at the pump exhaust port, check whether the exhaust filter is blocked. If it is blocked, it should be replaced in time. The exhaust pressure gauge can be installed at the oil filling hole of the pump to check whether the filter is blocked. When the pressure exceeds 0.6 bar (gauge pressure), the exhaust filter can be replaced.

4. Clean the suction filter screen

The suction screen should be kept clean to avoid the drop of pumping speed.

5. Storage

If the pump is not used for a long time, the oil should be drained and cleaned, and then injected with new oil, placed in a dry place.

6. Others
